Founder's Story

What began with a better lacrosse ball built out of a college dorm room has grown into a full-cycle youth sports platform serving 500,000+ athletes worldwide.

For founder Dan Soviero, sports were more than games… they were life-changing.

“Sports saved my life. We exist to give more kids the same opportunities we were fortunate enough to have through sport to millions of kids every year.”

That personal mission became Signature Athletics: a purpose-built ecosystem of technology, supply chain, media, sponsorship, and community programs designed to remove barriers, scale youth sports access, and transform a fragmented $50B industry.

Today, Signature is more than one company. It’s a platform for change, proving that business success and social impact can scale together.
